尝试将邮件从收件箱或个人文档夹 (.pst) 文档移动或复制到公用文档夹时，可能会收到以下错误信息之一：

Can't move the items.The item could not be moved.It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied.

Can't move the items.You don't have permission to create an entry in this folder.Right-click the folder, and then click Properties to check your permissions for the folder.See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions.

原因

假如在根公用文档夹树的以下权限之一上配置了对每个人 (Everyone) 组的显式拒绝，则可能发生此问题：

•	创建公用文档夹
•	创建顶级公用文档夹
•	在信息存储中创建命名属性

解决方案

要解决此问题，请删除在这些权限上对每个人 (Everyone) 组的显式拒绝：

启动 Exchange 系统管理器。

在文档夹对象下，右键单击公用文档夹对象，然后单击属性。

单击安全选项卡，然后单击 Everyone（每个人）组。

对于以下三种权限，单击以取消选择拒绝复选框：

•	创建公用文档夹
•	创建顶级公用文档夹
•	在信息存储中创建命名属性

单击应用，然后单击确定关闭属性。

由于正在复制或移动到公用文档夹的邮件可能包含邮件应用程式编程接口 (MAPI) 命名属性，所以绝对不能将“在信息存储中创建命名属性”权限对每个人 (Everyone) 组配置为“拒绝”。MAPI 在 0x8000（“用户定义的名称到 ID 映射属性”）之上传播。中国网管联盟

能够用 MAPI 查看器工具（如 Mdbvue32、Mapidump、Mfcmapi 和 Outspy）查看这些 MAPI 命名的属性。
